Job Summary
The OR Radiologic Technologist performs radiographic imaging in the operating room during intra-operative procedures using specialized imaging equipment (O-Arm, C-Arms, mini C-Arm). Collaborates with surgeons and OR staff to ensure radiology guidance is available and appropriate for specific OR cases and performs imaging for ERCP/GI exams as needed. Requires graduation from an accredited radiography program, a Connecticut radiographer license, ARRT certification in Radiography, and a minimum of 2 years of radiologic technologist experience; BLS certification. Shifts are four 10-hour days with call and holidays; sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for new hires.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited Radiography program
- State of Connecticut Radiographer license
- ARRT certification in Radiography
- Minimum of 2 years of completed experience as a Radiologic Technologist
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
