OR Nurse Manager (IVF)

Manage day-to-day clinical operations of the surgery center, including overseeing all operating room staff, providing general nursing care to patients in pre-op, recovery, and the operating room, and administering medications. Resolve patient concerns timely while coaching and developing staff through support and guidance. Create, implement, train, and ensure adherence to workflows and SOPs, and collaborate with the Chief Nursing Officer and Medical Directors. Achieve and maintain Quad A certification, develop quarterly board meeting agendas and minutes, and lead the quality assurance program. Maintain 24/7 perioperative readiness for regulatory compliance and accreditation surveys.
