OR - Clinical Nurse

Clinical Nurse providing direct patient care in an acute care setting across Memorial Hospital Belleville and Memorial Hospital Shiloh. Responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards; promote patient and family-centered care; participate in patient safety, quality and regulatory compliance; develop and document individualized plans of care with goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team and family/caregiver; assess patient needs including physical, psychosocial, spiritual and cultural considerations; ensure communication of care plans across the continuum; work in a safety-sensitive environment. Shift schedule includes 6:45AM-3:15PM with 8 or 10 hour shifts and a 40-minute call response time. Licenses & Certifications require RN; preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
