OR - Clinical Nurse

Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within the guidelines of the standards of nursing care. Promotes patient- and family-centered care in a healing environment and educates patients and families on illness management, home care needs, and medication administration. Participates in patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance; engages in professional development. Develops and documents individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team and patient/family. Uses critical nursing skills to assess and evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs per standards of care; respects patient preferences, values, and cultural considerations. This is a safety-sensitive position requiring consistent vigilance and safe practice.
