Job Summary
OR Charge RN oversees clinical and operational shift supervision in the OR, collaborates with the Nurse Manager to ensure smooth patient care processes, supports patient flow, quality and safety initiatives, and directs unit staff in designated service areas. Includes educational and career development opportunities, tuition/certification reimbursement, and shift differentials; sign-on bonus and relocation available; Epic electronic charting system in use.
Required Qualifications
- ADN/BSN/MSN
- BLS required at time of hire
- NM State or Multistate License
- 1 year of experience as an RN
- CNOR Preferred
