Job Summary
The OR Charge RN collaborates with the OR manager to provide clinical and operational shift supervision of care processes, including patient flow, quality and safety, and direction of unit staff in designated service areas. The role emphasizes leadership during day shifts, with opportunities for educational and career development, tuition/certification reimbursement, and shift differentials. Eligible for a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance; includes malpractice liability coverage and access to wellness and EPIC electronic charting system.
Required Qualifications
- ADN/BSN/MSN
- BLS
- NM State or Multistate License
- 1 year of RN experience
- CNOR Preferred
