OR - Charge RN

OR Charge RN works with the leadership team under the Nurse Manager to supervise care processes, oversee patient flow, support quality and safety initiatives, and direct unit staff in designated service areas within the Operating Room; includes responsibilities around shift supervision, collaboration with the OR manager, and opportunities for tuition/certification reimbursement and lead-role differentials; sign-on bonus and relocation are available. The role is full-time with day shifts, EPIC charting used, and RN licensure/education requirements noted. Epic experience, safety programs, and ongoing professional development are emphasized.
