Job Summary
OR Charge RN collaborates with the OR manager and leadership to supervise care processes, ensure patient flow, and uphold quality and safety standards across the unit; role emphasizes day shift operations, leadership of designated service area(s), and opportunities for tuition/certification reimbursement, loan options, and leadership differentials. Includes sign-on and relocation options and access to EPIC electronic charting; requires RN licensure (NM or multistate), BLS, and ADN/BSN/MSN educational background with potential CNOR preference.
Required Qualifications
- ADN/BSN/MSN
- BLS required at time of hire
- NM State or Multistate License
- 1 year of experience as an RN
- CNOR Preferred
