Job Summary
OR Charge RN works with the leadership team to provide clinical and operational shift supervision of care processes, including patient flow, quality processes, patient safety, and direction of unit staff in designated service area(s); features include sign-on bonus and relocation, tuition/certification reimbursement, and a differential structure for nights/weekends. EPIC electronic charting is used, with opportunities for educational growth and leadership roles.
Required Qualifications
- ADN/BSN/MSN
- BLS required at time of hire
- NM State or Multistate License
- 1 year of experience as an RN
- CNOR Preferred
