OR - Charge RN

OR Charge RN works under the Nurse Manager to provide clinical and operational shift supervision of care processes, patient flow, quality and safety, and direction of unit staff in designated service area(s). The role supports educational and career development options, certification and tuition reimbursement, and provides wearables for staff safety. The position offers shift differentials for nights and weekends, malpractice liability insurance, a sign-on bonus, and potential relocation. EPIC electronic charting is used for documentation; NM differential of $4.00 per hour may apply. Qualifications include ADN/BSN/MSN and NM licensure with BLS; CNOR preferred; 1 year RN experience; RN staffing leadership responsibilities may include lead roles and higher education/certifications; day shift and relocation opportunities are available.
