Job Summary
The OR Charge RN works under the direction of the Nurse Manager to provide clinical and operational shift supervision of care processes in the OR, including patient flow, quality and safety, and guidance to unit staff in designated service areas. The role offers tuition/certification reimbursement opportunities, a wearable staff-safety badge, shift differentials for nights/weekends, malpractice liability insurance, and a Northern New Mexico differential. Eligible for a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance. EPIC electronic charting system is in use. Qualifications include ADN/BSN/MSN with BLS at hire, NM state or multistate RN license, and 1 year of RN experience; CNOR preferred.
