Job Summary
Conduct on-site Operator Qualification (OQ) training and evaluations for personnel performing DOT-regulated pipeline tasks while maintaining compliance with federal and state safety regulations. Assist with bid evaluations for OQ training programs and manage frequent communication with project personnel, client management, and customer teams. Requires a valid driver's license, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and knowledge of State and Federal OQ regulations. This role involves extensive travel, including extended durations up to 100% of the time for long-term onsite projects. Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in assessing, interpreting and managing client-required OQ (Operator Qualification) programs and associated evaluation practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record
- Knowledge of State and Federal Operator Qualification regulations
- Travel, which may include extended duration, is required
- Must have the ability to commit to long term onsite projects
- Extended meaning the travel may include weekends, account for up to 100% of the time and/or limit the ability to return home during off time
