Job Summary
Analyze operational inefficiencies through process analysis and data analytics to develop sustainable improvement plans. Design and monitor operational KPIs, develop dashboards, and manage review systems while performing trend analysis, variance reporting, and forecasting. Coordinate cross-functional strategic initiatives across Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, Finance, and IT from planning through execution. Develop reporting systems and performance scorecards using Excel, Power BI, and automation tools to eliminate manual reporting. Support Quality Management Systems by participating in audits and developing corrective actions for non-conformities. Partner with department leaders to identify improvement opportunities and influence organizational change through structured change management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related discipline
- 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, continuous improvement, industrial engineering, or business excellence
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional improvement initiatives
