Job Summary
Conduct night, evening, and morning shift duties providing low-threshold care for 80 homeless individuals, including EU nationals and Dutch guests. Maintain contact with guests, ensure building safety, enforce rules, and manage incidents by contacting police or ambulance when necessary. Perform light administrative tasks, household chores, and register incidents while facilitating incident handovers. Rotate through evening shifts (17:30–00:30), night shifts (00:00–08:30), and day shifts (06:30–14:30) to create a safe, clean environment. Work within a team of 18 staff members supporting guests' transition to new lives.

- Ability to work together with colleagues on a solution in difficult situations without panicking
- Practical mindset

- Life experience
- Extensive relevant experience with socially vulnerable people, homeless people, and people without homes
- Knowledge of the method Krachtwerk or a similar approach
- Communication skills
- Ability to easily make contact with people
- Ability to listen well and communicate well
- Multilingualism (Arabic, English, Polish) is a plus
