Job Summary
Oversee all Optometry sites to meet financial, quality, and patient satisfaction goals while providing leadership for clinical and non-clinical areas. Act as the liaison between Optical sites and Regional Directors to ensure implementation of the CHC Mission and Strategic initiatives. Build a working environment of trust, open communication, and respect to maintain employee satisfaction. Requires current BLS certification, valid Florida Driver's License, and ability to respond to after-hour alarm calls. Travel to multiple locations is required. Must work flexible hours as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Four (4) years of related work experience
- A minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in Optometry practice
- Current/valid BLS certification
- Must work flexible hours as required
- Travel to multiple locations
- Valid Florida Driver's License
- Respond to after hour alarm calls
