Conduct routine and medical optometry with a 60% vision and 40% medical case mix, supported by techs to focus on patient care. Manage rotating shifts between two practices in Richmond and Petersburg, VA, utilizing advanced equipment including digital exam lanes, OCT, and Optos. Earn up to $200,000 base pay plus a 1% bonus on retail sales, complemented by a health insurance stipend and 401k. Requires a Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree and a valid state license.
