Job Summary
Perform comprehensive routine eye exams, diagnose and co-manage glaucoma and diabetic eye disease, and order diagnostic testing including OCT and visual fields. Prescribe corrective lenses, manage ocular disease treatment plans, and collaborate with ophthalmologists and clinic staff on surgical and specialty referrals. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EHR and work with geriatric patients. Requires an active Doctor of Optometry degree and two years of experience. - Active OD license
