Job Summary
Provide comprehensive vision care as a Full-time Optometrist at Sacred Circle Healthcare. Responsibilities include conducting eye examinations, evaluating ocular health, diagnosing eye conditions, recording treatment plans, prescribing corrective lenses, maintaining patient records, and coordinating with the Medical Director and clinical team to ensure high-quality care. Must hold a Doctor of Optometry degree and a valid Utah license; BLS certification required; minimum of one year of clinic optometry experience. Experience serving Native American communities is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Optometry degree and Utah license to practice
- BLS certification
- One year (or more) of optometrist experience in a clinic setting
