Job Summary
Provide full-scope medical optometric care with a focus on diagnosing and managing ocular disease, utilizing advanced diagnostic technology including OCT, Optos ultra-widefield imaging, electroretinography, meibography, IPL, and radiofrequency for dry eye management. Perform digital refraction, manage specialty and scleral contact lenses, and conduct in-office ophthalmic laser procedures. Work a four-day week with a dedicated scribe to streamline workflow, supported by comprehensive mentorship in glaucoma, dry eye, and advanced procedures. Earn a guaranteed base salary of $130,000 or 20% of collections, with up to $150,000 in student loan repayment available.
