Job Summary
Provide outpatient comprehensive optometric services, including preventative care, health maintenance, and treatment for acute and chronic conditions. Collaborate with a professional team to ensure exceptional patient care while participating in community outreach and off-site health care programs. Complete required documentation using electronic health records (eCW) and maintain compliance with all policies and disease management protocols. Manage a caseload of 24 patients daily with support from two technicians and front desk staff. Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- A valid state optometry license or one actively being obtained
- Strong clinical skills in diagnosing and managing eye conditions
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Manage 24 patients a day (4 patients per hour)
