Job Summary
Perform routine, comprehensive exams for glasses and contacts, including dilated exams and diabetic evaluations. Diagnose and treat ocular disease, manage infections and injuries, and repair or equip patients with eyeglasses. Maintain proficiency in geriatric care while lifting up to 20 pounds and standing or walking for 6–8 hours daily. Work part-time, three days per week, delivering personalized eye care to seniors in long-term care facilities.
Required Qualifications
- OD license
- DEA License
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
- Must be able to stand / walk / work on your feet up to 6-8 hours per day
