Job Summary
Perform routine, comprehensive exams for glasses and contacts, including dilated exams and diabetic evaluations. Diagnose and treat ocular disease, infections, and injuries while repairing and equipping patients with eyeglasses. Maintain proficiency in geriatric care and manage patient needs in long-term care facilities. Requires OD and DEA licenses; able to lift 20 pounds and stand for up to 6-8 hours daily. Part-time schedule of two days per week with a patient-based compensation model of $40.00 to $45.00 per visit.
