Job Summary
Optometrist needed in Clermont, FL to conduct comprehensive eye exams, diagnose and manage ocular diseases, and prescribe corrective lenses and medications. Monday–Friday 8am–5pm; collaborate with a multidisciplinary team; educate patients on eye health; maintain accurate patient records; participate in community outreach; malpractice coverage provided. Base salary $150,000 with total earnings potential of $190,000–$220,000+ with productivity; full health, vision, dental benefits; 401(k) with 3% match; PTO/holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited program
- Active or eligible Florida optometry license
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
