Optometrist needed to join an FQHC provider team in Winnfield, LA. Responsibilities include outpatient optometry services for a diverse patient population, collaboration with opticians and healthcare professionals, and a 40-hour work week (Mon-Fri, 8-5) with no nights or weekends. Requires active Optometry license and Louisiana medical licensure; 3+ years experience preferred. Emphasis on serving underserved populations and public health/ID credentials are a plus.
