Job Summary
Optometrist (Part-Time) or (Full-Time) for Skilled Nursing Facilities in Lake City, FL. 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity offering $30 per patient visit. Responsibilities include routine eye exams, diagnosing and managing ocular conditions (cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, dry eye), prescribing and adjusting eyeglasses, prescribing ophthalmic medications, documenting visits, coordinating with nursing staff, and traveling between facilities as needed.
