Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive eye exams, provide accurate diagnoses, and develop personalized treatment plans for a diverse patient population. Educate patients on eye health, preventive care, and vision correction while collaborating with opticians, technicians, and other healthcare professionals. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in optometry and ensure documentation is completed accurately and efficiently. This full-time role offers a competitive starting salary of $150,000+ with potential for adjustment and bonuses. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 9 am–6 pm, with opportunities to discuss alternative arrangements. The practice features a brand-new, fully equipped exam lane with the latest diagnostic technology.
Required Qualifications
- Valid state optometry license or in the process of obtaining
- Valid driver's license that is in good standing
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic and changing environment
