Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and diagnose vision defects using hands-on tools. Explain medical terms clearly and calmly to patients while maintaining detailed records. Manage daily operations at this established, family-oriented eye care center in Goose Creek, SC. We offer a competitive $140,000–$150,000 annual salary with a full benefits package, including health insurance and paid time off. Monday through Friday hours with no nights or weekends. New graduates are welcome to apply if they hold an accredited O.D. degree and are licensed in South Carolina.
Required Qualifications
- Must have an O.D degree from an accredited School or University
- Licensed as an optometrist in SC State
- Work experience as an Optometrist
- In-depth understanding of eye conditions and vision defects
- Hands-on experience with eye examination tools
- The ability to explain medical terms simply and calmly
- Attention to detail
- Degree in Optometry
