Optometrist - Full-Time Doctor of Optometry

Provide primary eye care and medical specialty care to patients at the Baraboo clinic, with available consultation from subspecialists including pediatric ophthalmology, refractive laser surgery, and neuro-ophthalmology. Manage advanced dry eye clinic services and coordinate with ophthalmologists for post-surgery care. Utilize EPIC EMR in clinic and hospital settings. Board certification in optometry is required, with experience in specialty contact lenses and post-surgery care preferred; residency training is preferred.
