Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive eye exams using innovative technology, both onsite and through our patented hybrid platform. Diagnose ocular conditions and create personalized treatment plans while educating patients on preventative care, including regular annual exams, sun protection, and proper contact lens management. Maintain all necessary state licensure and malpractice insurance. This role offers full-time or part-time flexibility with no on-call hours, located in Farmington, with daily bonus potential up to $200,000. You will collaborate with a dedicated store team to enhance the patient experience, supported by centralized resources and opportunities for growth through peer meetings and CE reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Doctor of Optometry (OD)
- Licensed in the practicing state
- Open to additional licensure as needed
- Maintain all necessary state licensure
- Maintain malpractice insurance
