Job Summary
Perform refractions and eyeglass fittings with equipment provided by DOCS Health for U.S. Army Reserve, Army National Guard, Navy Reserve, Marine Forces Reserve, Coast Guard Reserve, Air National Guard, and U.S. Air Force Reserve members. Work weekends with occasional weekdays on an as-needed basis in Wisconsin. Maintain an active and unrestricted license/certification in the state and pass background checks and drug screening. Join a team dedicated to maintaining deployable military force readiness through fixed-clinic, mobile treatment centers, telemedicine, and portable deployment models.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted license/certification in the state
- Available for weekends and occasional weekdays
- Must have weekend availability
