Job Summary
Optometrist needed to provide preventive and restorative eye care for patients, diagnose and treat vision-related symptoms, and instruct staff on assisting in patient treatment. Role includes examining patients, diagnosing diseases, and performing necessary procedures; developing comprehensive vision treatment plans; organizing patient case files and medical history; referring to vision specialists when appropriate; and staying informed on latest vision treatment techniques. Requires state optometry license in good standing, strong interest in working with children, ability to obtain Medicaid provider number and NPI, and strong attention to detail with multitasking abilities. At-will employment. Salary range: $140,000-$165,000 per year; Aurora, CO location with in-person operations.
