Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive eye and vision tests, diagnose defects such as myopia, astigmatism, and glaucoma, and prescribe corrective lenses, eyeglasses, and medications. Provide personalized solutions based on each patient's medical history, advise on proper eye care techniques, and train patients on contact lens maintenance. Keep accurate medical records, book follow-up appointments, and refer patients to ophthalmologists for surgery or severe injuries. Ensure accurate diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases and injuries while treating all patients with kindness and discretion.
Required Qualifications
