Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive eye and vision tests, diagnosing defects such as myopia, astigmatism, and glaucoma. Prescribe corrective lenses, eyeglasses, and medications while advising patients on proper eye care techniques. Maintain accurate medical records and book follow-up appointments as needed. Train patients on contact lens usage and maintain, referring to ophthalmologists for surgical cases or severe injuries. Ensure accurate diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases and injuries with attention to detail and discretion. Licensed optometrist with hands-on experience required. $5,000 sign-on bonus available.
Required Qualifications
