Optometrist

Travel to skilled nursing and long-term care facilities to conduct eye exams using mobile optometric equipment and interpret diagnostic results. Diagnose and treat ocular diseases, prescribe, fit, and adjust eyeglasses, and recommend follow-up care. Educate patients, families, and staff on vision and optical protocols while delivering excellent customer service through direct interactions. You will work as a 1099 independent contractor with flexible scheduling, selecting your own days without evening or weekend shifts. A trained vision tech, state-of-the-art portable equipment, and full office support including scheduling, billing, and clinical mentorship are provided.
