Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and vision defect assessments using specialized tools. Diagnose eye conditions and explain medical terminology clearly to patients. Manage daily operations at the Dayton, OH eye care center, including weekend coverage rotations. Licensed Ohio optometrists with an O.D. degree from an accredited institution are required. New graduates are welcome to apply.
Required Qualifications
- Must have an O.D degree from an accredited School or University
- Licensed as an optometrist in Ohio
- Work experience as an Optometrist
- In-depth understanding of eye conditions and vision defects
- Hands-on experience with eye examination tools
- The ability to explain medical terms simply and calmly
- Attention to detail
- Degree in Optometry
