Job Summary
Perform comprehensive eye and vision tests to diagnose defects such as myopia, astigmatism, and glaucoma. Provide personalized solutions for sight issues based on each patient's medical history, prescribing corrective lenses, eyeglasses, and medications as needed. Advise patients on proper eye care techniques and train them on contact lens maintenance. Maintain accurate medical records and book follow-up appointments for re-examinations. Refer patients to ophthalmologists for surgery or severe injuries. Ensure accurate diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases and injuries while treating all patients with kindness and discretion.
Required Qualifications

- Work experience as an Optometrist
- In-depth understanding of eye conditions and vision defects
- Hands-on experience with eye examination tools, such as ophthalmoscope and tonometer
- Degree in Optometry
