Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive eye exams, manage cataracts, LASIK, glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and dry eye conditions within a non-corporate, team-focused environment. Perform surgical co-management and ocular disease treatment using modern diagnostic equipment at both locations. Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with minimal shared call coverage and occasional weekend availability. Earn a base salary of $125,000 to $155,000 plus a $10,000 signing bonus tied to a one-year commitment, along with an optional 3% optical sales bonus. Join a practice supported by technicians and front office staff to shape and grow the clinic while enjoying small-town living and university-town amenities.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school
- Valid state optometry license or in the process of obtaining
- Willingness to practice full-scope optometry
