Job Summary
Optometric Technician role supporting doctors in a busy eyeglass store environment. Responsibilities include ensuring high quality patient care, maintaining a professional clinic and pretest area, understanding ocular terminology, explaining preliminary examinations, performing testing prior to doctor examinations, promoting visual field testing and retinal screenings, handling paperwork, maintaining accurate patient records, ensuring equipment and supplies are properly managed, and following corporate policies. Requires strong customer service, ability to learn optical knowledge, clear instruction to customers, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, along with detail-orientation and multitasking abilities. Required Qualifications
