Job Summary
Assist optometrists in delivering patient care from pre-screening to post-exam follow-up by performing diagnostic tests, gathering medical histories, and educating patients on vision benefits. Guide clients through contact lens training, insurance verification, and scheduling while ensuring smooth patient flow through appointment coordination and office communication management. Document patient exams and procedures with accuracy and collaborate with the team to meet individual and collective goals for optimal satisfaction. Requires 1+ year of customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment. Comprehensive training is provided for all new hires.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to educate and connect with patients
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
