Job Summary

Facilitate patient flow by greeting patients promptly, verifying medical and vision insurances, and answering inquiries via phone, email, and in-person requests. Assist the doctor in preliminary testing by operating manual and auto-lensometers, autorefractors, retinal cameras, and visual field devices while following scripting for photos and activities. Set phoropters to patient prescriptions or plano per doctor's request, clean examination equipment including tonometer tips, and perform general office duties and cleaning as assigned. Maintain professional appearance and adhere to safety policies and HIPAA guidelines while supporting a team-oriented, patient-focused environment. Work full-time hours Monday through Saturday with open availability to any shift within the 7:30am to 6pm window.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Favorable result on Background Check
