Job Summary
Greet and check in patients, answer phones, and schedule appointments. Perform preliminary testing before the doctor sees patients, teach patients how to insert and remove contact lenses, and process insurance authorizations and claims. Order contact lenses and help with other daily office tasks. Experience in an optometry or ophthalmology office is preferred, and familiarity with OfficeMate is a plus. Half day Saturdays are required. Pay is based on experience.
