Job Summary
Coordinate patient journeys and train Optometry Technicians while maintaining accurate records before preliminary testing. Introduce patients to Optometrists, transition them to the sales floor, and provide associates with necessary information for product recommendations. Execute daily operational activities including restocking inventory, cleaning equipment, and answering phones to support exam lane maintenance and patient experience goals. Count the Optometrist's daily revenue and prepare for deposit, while preparing Technician work schedules to meet patient and Doctor demand.
Required Qualifications
- HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
- Licensed OD Techs will have/maintain a State Opticians License
- must demonstrate a high level of engagement in virtual environments
- maintaining camera presence during meetings
