Optometric Assistant

Maintain complete and accurate patient records before conducting preliminary testing and introduce patients to the optometrist with important information. Transition patients from the exam to the sales floor, providing associates with necessary details to recommend products and services that meet eye care needs. Execute day-to-day operational activities supporting store goals, including restocking inventory, cleaning equipment, and answering phones to address additional patient needs. This role serves as the face of the Exam Practice, ensuring a simple, human, and bold journey for every patient through Visionworks' managed vision care services.
