Optometric Assistant

Conduct preliminary eye testing and maintain accurate patient records before introducing patients to the optometrist. Transition patients from the exam room to the sales floor, providing associates with necessary information to recommend products and services that meet individual eye care needs. Execute day-to-day operational activities supporting store goals, including restocking inventory, cleaning equipment, and answering phones to address additional patient needs. This role serves as the face of the Visionworks Exam Practice, ensuring a simple, human, and bold patient journey while fostering an inclusive environment where all voices are heard equally.
