Optometric Assistant

Conduct preliminary eye testing and maintain accurate patient records before introducing patients to the optometrist. Transition patients from the exam area to the sales floor, providing associates with necessary information to recommend products and services that meet specific eye care needs. Execute daily operational activities supporting exam lane maintenance and patient experience goals, including restocking inventory, cleaning equipment, and answering phones. Open and close the store or office to support business operations as needed. This role serves as the primary face of the Exam Practice, ensuring a welcoming and human experience for every customer while delivering our vision care expertise.
