Optometric Assistant

Conduct preliminary eye testing and maintain accurate patient records before introducing clients to the optometrist. Transition patients from the exam room to the sales floor, providing associates with necessary information to recommend products and services. Execute day-to-day operational activities including restocking inventory, cleaning equipment, and answering phones to support exam lane maintenance and patient experience goals. This role serves as the face of the Exam Practice, ensuring a simple, human, and bold journey for every patient while managing store operations.
