Job Summary
Conduct preliminary eye testing and maintain accurate patient records before introducing each client to the optometrist. Transition patients to the sales floor by providing associates with necessary information to recommend products and services that meet specific eye care needs. Execute day-to-day operational activities including restocking inventory, cleaning equipment, and answering phones to support exam lane maintenance and patient experience goals.
