Optometric Assistant

Conduct preliminary eye testing and maintain accurate patient records before introducing clients to the optometrist. Transition patients from the exam room to the sales floor, providing associates with necessary information to recommend products and services that meet specific eye care needs. Execute day-to-day operational activities to support store goals, including restocking inventory, cleaning equipment, and answering phones to address additional patient inquiries. This role serves as the face of the Visionworks Exam Practice, ensuring a simple, human, and bold experience for every customer while managing the initial steps of the vision care journey.
