Visionworks OD Tech/Optometric Assistant is the face of the exam practice, handling preliminary testing and patient flow, maintaining patient records, introducing patients to the OD, transitioning patients to the sales floor, and supporting store operations (restocking inventory, cleaning equipment, answering phones, and opening/closing store as needed).
