Job Summary
Conduct remote eye exams by assisting with preliminary testing, maintaining accurate patient records, and acting as a liaison between patients and telemedicine physicians. Transition patients from the exam to the sales floor, providing associates with necessary information to recommend products and services. Execute operational activities including exam lane maintenance, restocking inventory, cleaning equipment, and answering phones to support patient experience goals. Ensure the patient journey is simple, human, and bold from initial contact through eyewear needs assessment.
Required Qualifications
- HS diploma, GED or equivalent
- related job experience
- must demonstrate a high level of engagement in virtual environments
- maintaining camera presence during meetings
- support effective communication
- support team alignment
